My dog Keerra has been going to Holy Dog her whole life (9 years) and she's always happy to prance through the door and get loved on by the staff. I've never had a bad experience with the staff, and based on her appearance when I pick her up, neither has she. Communicating everything by text and email is convenient for reference and easy access to the kennel if my plans for drop off/pickup change.
