The last time I visited myom, 5 days ago, the room and bathroom were cleaner than I have seen them in over a year. Thank you. Dirty washcloths were not collecting on the vanity and clothes were appropriately hung up. Lunch was edible except for the meat. It was beef, a brisket I believe. It appeared juicy and tender but it was not chewable for my mom. The gentleman who delivered it offered to cut it up, but I said I would. This is a beautiful place to live.The location on 3 campuses is invigorating. The residents are welcoming,kind and accomplished. The staff is efficient,patient,kind and always happy to help you. I am so happy I made the decision to live here.
The residents here are very warm, welcoming, and interesting. The staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs and suggestions. Lots of good services and activities.

The care staff at the nursing is always changing. Many are not properly trained. Some can't even manage transfers from one surface to another.They do not answer call buttons, ignoring patients' needs to use the bathroom. Patients have to beg for a shower, being.told the facility is short staffed. My mom stopped going to the.chapel because she had been abandoned there one too many times with no call button.
