My mum came to be a resident here for a few months the place is awful. Never answering bells and not answering the door. Made me feel not welcome. There are some nice staff there but there is not enough for the residents they have. Most shouldn’t be in the home as there nursing or have dementia which the home and staff can’t canter for.

My dearest Mom was a resident at Holy Cross for just seven months, but even in that short space of time the care she received was first class. Amanda and her team are the most genuine,caring people. Mom was treated with love, dignity and respect . I could not have wished for a better place for my precious Mom to be . Thank you all.
Such a warm and friendly home. Staff are amazing here.
