Charlene was absolutely wonderful throughout my physical therapy after my right ankle fracture and surgery. She was knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my recovery. She listened carefully and created a tailored recovery plan after she assessed my condition and limitations. Alex Solano! After my rotator cuff surgery I was nervous about doing physical therapy but I had the best therapist I could have hoped for. He took the nerves away immediately. He deserves a gold star for his care, professionalism and knowledge. He encouraged me and gave me kudos when I was making progress which kept me motivated.
