This location is very friendly,put you at ease.it is an easy location to get a convenient appointment.I had hardware removal and some work done on my ankle.All the therapists there are knowledgeable.I saw Charlene and Alex during my 8 weeks. My Range of motion has improved,I am very grateful.they also keep you entertained while doing the hard movements.Good conversation while learning as well is endless.
Alex is very knowledgeable and worked patiently with me to develop an exercise plan to strengthen my back and fight osteoporosis.
I went to Holy Cross health physical therapy from January through the end of March. I always saw Charlene from my visits. She was very attentive and knowledgeable of what I needed for PT. She advised me the best way to proceed with PT. When I started PT in January, I was very stiff and in pain in my neck and shoulders. When I left almost 3 months later, I felt some improvement. Had my PT at Holy Cross Pompano Beach after my knee replacement surgery. Charlene was excellent. She provided me with a regiment of exercises that got me stronger and back to walking without much discomfort. I am extremely grateful for her care. I would also like to recognize Alex who was also in my sessions early on. He gave me the confidence to go forward without an assistave device. Would highly recommend this establishment
