I called the outpatient PT Dept at 7:30 this morning. Yolanda answered the phone and instead of telling me to call back when a therapist arrived, she graciously scheduled an appointment for me which unfortunately was 2 weeks away and added my name to the cancelation list. Yolandacalled me back to let me know there was a cancelation and I got the appointment. Shout out to Yolanda. She was wonderful! You need to hire more therapists that treat vertigo.

I had a wonderful experience at Holy Cross rehabilitation Institute. Charlene was my physical therapist and she was a pleasure to work with. It is a small place no more than three therapists and patients there at a time so it is quiet and a good atmosphere for working out. Charlene was able to concentrate on just me when I was there, with no noise or distractions. I made a lot of post hip replacement surgery progress in the month that I went there for PT

For the past two months, I had the pleasure of working with Alex Solano and Charlene Tucker, the absolute best physical therapists I have ever had. Tiera, who is at the front desk, did a great job of scheduling my appointments and helping me with transportation. This was for a total knee replacement. I had gone to three different rehab places over the past six years and this facility and both Alex and Charlene were outstanding. They are five star professionals. The facility is very clean. If you’re paying a concierge fee,you’re fine. You’ll probably get the higher reviews if you’re just a regular Medicare advantage patient you’re a second class citizen there and that’s been proven. They lost money because they didn’t do the testing. They lost 75% of their testing x-ray scans hospital visits because all those patients that didn’t go to concierge doctors.. now they’re trying to suck you back in with live well they had to accept Humana back, but you’re just better off going to Memorial or Broward health

I recently completed physical therapy for a broken ankle. My therapist was Charlene and she was great. Always encouraging and answered all my questions. With her guidance I am walking pretty well after 5 weeks of therapy. Was very happy with the treatment I received.
