Charlene is absolutely exceptional! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in her patients’ recovery. She introduced me to dry needling, which has made a huge difference for me, and she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I’m comfortable. You can tell she really loves what she does — her expertise and positive energy make every session productive and encouraging. I can’t recommend Charlene enough!

I have completed 8 weeks of physical therapy sessions with Charlene. My goal was to gain strength in my lower back, decrease tension in my upper back and become stronger for walking and stair climbing. Charlene's guidance and encouragement was very supportive, professional and made all the sessions fun. She provided me with a Home Exercise Program and recommendations for the gym. Thank you again.

This location is very friendly,put you at ease.it is an easy location to get a convenient appointment.I had hardware removal and some work done on my ankle.All the therapists there are knowledgeable.I saw Charlene and Alex during my 8 weeks. My Range of motion has improved,I am very grateful.they also keep you entertained while doing the hard movements.Good conversation while learning as well is endless.
