Roll into this shop and say High to Pooja. Ask about how you can help bring the culture back to our industry by avoiding those brands that take shortcuts and remediate their products. Support those brands that take the time to do things right. No Shortcuts. No Remediation. Unit 15. Frost. IYKYK.
They need more cashiers, as there is often a wait. Additionally, staff do not acknowledge customers upon arrival—there’s no greeting, offer of assistance, or even a simple ‘we’ll be right with you’ or apology for the delay
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Terrible staff. Sold me the wrong product then wouldn't return it all in store. Then they try to say it's my fault this guy sold me the wrong thing. To make it even worse I'm a long time and frequent customer, I'm actually shocked they just pulled that on me. Literally full of scammers
