Had an appointment to discuss a trust/will. Drove 45 minutes. When I arrived I was informed that my appointment was at 10 am. When I made the appointment originally I was told it was for 4pm. I was told the attorney never has 4 pm appointments. I said that someone made a mistake on their end. I never would agree to a 10 am appointment when I had another appointment that day at 11 am 45 minutes away. I think Lisa is the person I spoke to both times. Jessica B. Chalmers is the kindest, most patient person I have ever met. She had to deal with me in a very trying time in my life. Jessica took the time to make sure I understood everything she had done for my family and myself. There is not another person that I would want to handle everything for me. Patience and caring goes a long way. And she definitely did that for me.
Would give no stars if possible. Called twice left voicemail both times, two days in a row. Nothing in response. Terrible way to treat new clients.
