These guys Rock. Best transportation in the area. Custom Cab doesn't hold a candle to this company. There's a reason Holt has 25 vehicles and Custom only has 2! Try em both, you'll see for yourself
Terrible company. Lying unfriendly drivers. I had a Dr appt with a pharmacy stop. It took them a half hour to pick me up after appt. I let the insurance company know I needed an rx stop. The driver told me that he didn't see the pharmacy stop and said he had to take me home. I called Mclaren while I was being transported home. I was still on hold upon arriving home. the driver told me he would not wait for me to completemy call because he had a transport. When I called Mclaren they called the driver. This is one of the most inept medical transport companies on the road. Took my son from Saginaw to Detroit and abandoned him there. Company cares about money not about their clients. If you can use another service it would be very advisable to do so!
The office staff (Barb) was very accommodating to my last minute request - pickup in Flint and drop off in Saginaw. The driver, Tyrone was a kind and courteous man. Not your typical car service. Highly recommend!
Errands Transport is an excellent taxi company, I use them quite often and am very pleased with their services. A very professional and upkept company to rely upon. I have been picked up by almost all of their drivers and they are all very nice people. The same goes for the staff taking the calls. I highly reccommend this company for your transportation needs.
