I had an introductory Call with the team and was pleasantly surprised to speak to the owner of the company himself. He was very straight forward and answered as many of my questions as he legally could prior to putting an agreement in place. I am looking forward to working with them as their fee structure is based on a flat fee to cover the agreed scope of work and not charged Hourly. I can sleep comfortably knowing i wont have the meter run up on me unexpectedly.
