I went to see Marjorie about a bankruptcy hearing I was to attend and after 5 minutes could tell she wasnt interested in what I was saying and i believe was high on illicit drugs. she seemed to be nodding off and talked rapidly about not getting alot of sleep. She then called me twice asking for my business two days later
