Got a gift for a 60 min session, went and booked a reservation, tried calling to book it but phone is disconnected, had to do 3 months in advanace online. Day before, I get an email asking to confirm my appointment, I did. Now I show up for my appointment and no one answers the door, I manage to get in because of someone else getting into the building, even that person hints "they might not be there". Unfortunately, I made a reservation for a float and had to reschedule for another time. I tried calling to reschedule but no one ever picks up the phone. I emailed well in advanced asking to reschedule the float and after having to follow up twice, they let me know they’re having construction done and can’t accommodate the day I chose. I asked for a refund instead on 1/30 and it is 2/9 and they are still not answering my emails or picking up the phone. Great, calming experience. Choose the tank on the left if you can.
First time experiencing the infinity float. It was superb relaxation, I am planning to come back and see if consistent practice provides the promised benefits. At the present moment I feel elated. The place is definitely a 5 star service, super clean and with a positive vibe.
