Holon Publishing let me down at nearly every part of the process. Yes, they produced a nice book cover design and the book was produced and published. But nothing else was completed on time. Their model is to get you to pay up front for their "package" of services. Each service I requested was only completed after multiple request but the perponderance of requests still remain incomplete. Holon Publishing, a division of ******* ***** Group, LLC, has proven to be less than integral in its operations. My experience has been marked by multiple staff turnovers, poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of professionalism. I have yet to receive court-ordered payment following a small claims court ruling. As a first-time author, I was eager to have my book published by this "hybrid publishing company."
