Highly recommended service. My late Brother was a resident at Holmfield for more than four years, and they provided an excellent level of care throughout. A member of Management is always available to speak to, including weekends so communication is first class. Mark was the personal carer for my Brother and he went above and beyond, which is really appreciated. Thank you to Jenny and all the team.
My Dear Mother was a resident here for 2 years this was the Biggest mistake of my life....she is a Dementia resident and suffered nothing but abuse verbal and physical.....being locked in a room for long periods of time without attendance to her personal needs.....she was left in situations where she had no support from staff and had several falls in the bedroom and shower
Wonderful staff including the chef who saved my mums life when she was choking you're all fantastic thanks
