Some of the staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. They act as if they are doing clients a favor, when in reality they are being paid to provide a service. The overall attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. I am very disappointed with this establishment and the lack of professionalism shown. I would not recommend this place save yourself the disappointment and headache.
My mother had a consultation scheduled with this attorney today regarding her business. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional. The attorney who met with us was not Michelle, but another woman. She arrived approximately 25 minutes late to the appointment and did not apologize or acknowledge the delay, despite having previously told my mother that if she herself was not present exactly at 9:00 AM, there would be nothing she could do for her.
