If I could give a negative review I would. Absolutely the worse lawyer I’ve ever had. Currently working with the nc bar to file a complaint! Good thing I saved all the text messages!
I chose Mr. Holmes to represent me in a traffic infraction case which occurred in 01/2024, based upon all the great reviews I had read about him. He was very professional during the first phone conversation we had, and ensured he would be able to represent me. I had a really good feeling about him. Fast forward, I just have got the case settled this month of 08/2025. Throughout the entire time, I have not ever seen my lawyer nor has he showed up to court.
