Holmes Court have provided an excellent level of care for my dad who has dementia. He stayed with them for several weeks of respite care and was very well cared for. The home is well led and this is reflected in the ethos of the team. My dad was cared for with respect and dignity, he wasn't treated like a resident he was treated as an individual, with his own personality and needs, which is a rare thing to find in our overstretched care system. Stay away from this place if you love your family members my mother in law was in here for 3 weeks untill I got her moved ..I witness disgusting behaver from some staff the cleanliness of the place was horrendous the food looked like it was slapped on the plates and the hygiene of them cooking was bad and I mean very bad I wouldn't of even fed a pig that food .I witnessed the staff take the fly screen off the windows and watch the flys landing on food the hotplate was disgusting I also witnessed the staff mop up urine out if... read more
