Professional, friendly,helpful in time of need
You need to be strong and centered to work with Kathy Holmbeck and don't expect any compassion, sympathy or kindness. I felt like my $3500 was just not worth her time or respect. She got the job done though, so that is good. I would encourage looking around if you have the capacity. She was NOT respectful or considerate and generally expressed her dislike of me and threatened to stop representing me for asking clarifying questions. Kathy tried to charge me double the hourly rates until I mentioned that was not our agreement ... read more
