Clean although some if the smells could not be helped
The plant smell is horrible. Irritates eyes and Throat. They move Sluge on 12 trucks a day, 7 days a week from Hollywood to Indian river county (100 miles each way). Lots of waste water is being dumped though a outfall pipe into the Atlantic Ocean off Hollywood beach. The whole operation is discussting. Meet with my city commissioner and plant manager on numerous ovations. They don’t know what they are doing nor do they care.
