Poor customer experience. I made an appointment for manicure, but sat for awhile before anyone came to start my manicure. Then the girl who who came started working, but left several times with no explanation. There was no conversation except to her coworkers in another language. then she left and someone else finished my nails The outcome was OK, but lasted 2 days before chipping and wearing started.
