Great experience with Hollywood Mail Store. I rented a U-Haul to move items into storage and the request came last minute, yet the team took great care of me. They even called the evening before to let me know I could pick up the truck three hours earlier, which helped a lot with my moving schedule. On top of that, they gave me an extra hour on the return. This is a family run business and Alex and his family have always treated me like family. They have always been very professional but yet very personable. They have handled all my mail for almost 7 years now and they all know me by first name and so do I to them.
