We have ordered theatre sofa. After the first few days use of the recliner, the electric system stopped working. We haven’t still contacted them to fix or replace, they haven’t solve the problem yet after four months and two days waiting. Still sending follow up emails again but still no solution. Although they said they ordered to replace it, nothing done so far and we are now skeptical of their claimed action. I totally advice avoiding them
