I purchased a Mississippi Made dog bed at this location and was told that it has a lifetime warranty on it, even if your dog is the cause of the damage. The sales associate that sold me the bed is no longer there and they refuse to honor their warranty. I was told by the staff member that corporate changed the policy. I found a better customer service experience and more knowledgeable staff at Pet Supples Plus and they are just down the road from this location
Friendly and very helpful staff. My dogs like the quality food, treats and toys they provide. So far I feel they have less allergies so we are happy!
First time customer. The employee was very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations on food for my pups. My babies love it. Thanks again!!
