The employee was extremely helpful in finding the cat food that I was requesting. She made several suggestions regarding which foods were popular with other shoppers. I greatly appreciated her expertise and knowledge. Very friendly!

I visited the Hollywood Feed store in Richardson, TX (75082) today and, unfortunately, had my first negative experience after years of being a loyal customer. A staff member asked another employee, who I believe was the acting manager, to come speak with me regarding the store’s return policy. The item I was hoping to return was a crate divider that ultimately did not work for my dog’s crate.
