Everyone is always so nice & helpful. I love that they carry top quality dog products. The lady who helped me on Sunday was super nice and very sweet to my dog. She also carried my bags of food out to the car. I love shopping there!
Beware "Guaranteed Same Day Deliver", not only did they not deliver, they did not notify, and when I contacted them I was informed it would be 2 days before I got the product (cat food) that I ordered. That "Guarantee" means nothing, and when they don't follow through, nothing happens, just "Oh sorry". There was no wording confusion, and no I did not choose standard delivery as the response below suggests. The photo clearly shows same day delivery.
