I unfortunately had a bad experience at the Poplar location,the employees were very unhelpful,I think it was an employee by the name of Nick,also I assume the lead that has brunette hair,the customer service experience was totally unacceptable in comparison to the atmosphere at the Collins location...At the Collins location there is an employee by the name of Anne that actually made my day a bit brighter...I would like to say thanks very much...
