Lack of customer service! I went on Thursday & received great customer service. The best. I usually buy my dogs dog food Fromm's weight management at a pet shop on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis, but since this stoe was closer & were so nice I thought my husband & i would buy there on Saturday. The pet store on Pendleton Pike as soon as you walked in they were so welcoming & helpful they would put the 30 lb bag on the cart & even carry to the car. On Saturday there was a guy &;lady working. Great spot for all our pet needs. Food delivery is very convenient (and free), and has a great variety of treats, chews, and whatever else you need.
