We are new puppy owners and overwhelmed with the options and items we needed for our mini Goldendoodle. Zach was beyond helpful! He explained things so well and helped us decide on what’s best for our new baby. I wish I had gone to HF first before another big box store where we didn’t get as much help.
This specific day I walked in Hollywood Feed ( Southaven ) overwhelm about my baby Zyla . Everyone greeted me as soon as I walked through the door ( which made me feel welcome ) ; then they goes to ask me if I need help with anything ? I met Ivy & explained why I felt so overwhelmed . She made me cry by giving me plenty of encouragement & that will stick with me . Thank you Ivy & we will see you all again soon 🫶 -Southaven
