When I first walked in the store I was greeted with welcome to our store. The personal greeting and help was with to the end of my trip. My dog Ginger felt same! She loved the attention.
We are first time puppy owners and this was the best experience we could have hoped for. The team is super knowledgeable and kind, especially Tom, who walked us through everything we need and answered all of our questions. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Tom!
I had another terrific experience at my leesville shop. New manager Crystal was there and she has impeccable customer skills. I noticed from the first time I met her she used my name 3 times in our conversation. When I came in last week Scott was there and introduced me tos new Rae food I will use as a topper next time. Hollywood Feed in Raleigh is great!! The selection of high-quality pet supplies is great, however, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable. I received immediate and helpful assistance as soon as I walked in. They go above and beyond to answer questions and help find the products you need without feeling rushed. It is so refreshing to shop at a store that cares this much about animals and customers. Highly recommend!
