Great customer service! However, it would be great if they would add the Zymox shampoo & conditioner back to the self wash dog stations. It is a really good product & makes a huge difference in my fur baby’s coat! Also, adding the “punch cards” again would be helpful!
I visited a week ago and really liked the service and the wide variety of treats and other pet supplies. I went back and stocked up for the weekend. I’m sure our pups will enjoy the treats and I’m looking forward to trying additional treats and goodies.
I just moved to Raleigh from the Montclair Mew Jersey area and I was concerned that I might have a jard time finding a convenient pet food store to buy what I feed my cats. Kyle was so patient and kind helping me navigate through Hollywood's confusing online / brick and mortar retail integration. He helped me multiple times and was the kindest, most understanding sales person while doing it. Hollywood Freed is my new go-to for all my pet food needs, now
Going to Hollywood Feed on Leesville Road is always a pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have a senior dog that has become a picky eater. The staff understands and has been helpful with recommendations.
Found everything that I needed for my dog, also got some extra things that I needed. Very good prices for all the things I got, I love Hollywood Feed!
