I had a great time at LandShark with Karen P. as our server. Great view of the ocean and it's breeze. Enjoying my Pink Cadillac Margaritaville...mmmm....delicious...
First off, why are people giving this resort 5 stars when they haven't stayed there?! The resort is very nice however, there are several items that aren't mentioned while staying at the resort that you are charged for, including Parking while staying there. Most of the Staff are pleasant and accommodating however, there are others that don't seem to understand hospitality, especially during a soft opening. Stayed for 5 night on 14thfloor, oceanview suite 1430, incredible hotel, brand new (Oct 1st 2015 opening), extremely clean hotel with outstanding staff, especially in the pool area. Dozens of waiters and bartenders, so much staff. 1000% will go back! Quick valet, 6 restaurants, 2 pools on beach level and 1 pool on 11th floor, dozen bars, parking for over 700 cars.. A++++
We went with a group on Saturday to see Classic Rock Therapy, the most talented band!! We ate at Margaritaville and the food and service were impeccable!! Danielle, our server gets 5 stars all the way and Michael Baker, the manager was personable and attentive! We will be back!!
Well o guess we expected alot more; we know they just opened but it was lacking the party atmosphere we have come to luv about Margaritaville we all are used to. Also there ws sent any live music nor bands ; service was very slow. Im hoping that they will get enough feedback to improve the service and above ! We love Hollywood Beach and hope this hotel will do good but for the money ???? No se I think you can do better !
Ordered a beer, waited 45 minutes for a second beer which never came. Waited 20 minutes to pay the tab and then the bar closes at 10:30. On top of that, $11.00 for 2 beers??? Never again.
Service was terrible. 45 minute wait turn out to be 2 and a half hours. I don't recommend until they hire more servers.
We will be going here next month. I cant wait. Thanks for the invite on the new property.
It is a beautiful place to be. Food, drinks, swimming and the beautiful beach. It is a nice addition to Hollywood . Thank You Jimmy Buffett for choosing us. Come on down and check it out definitely worth your while and prices amazingly Affordable. The swimming pool has a waterfall palm trees really is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy life.
