First, wrong room type was given. Second, food sucks. Third and most important....SERVICE SUCKS. This is extra impactful when one of us is sick for Christmas, and we came here for a stress free holiday. Can't even get my room cleaned and it's 5:00. I will NEVER recommend this to anyone. What a waste of $3,000!!!!! I should have given that money to charity. Jimmy Buffett, this place is nothing to be proud of if you can't accommodate your guests. Still love your music, but this hotel was the most expensive mistake I ever made.

WOW!!! Can't say enough about how great Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is!! We stayed 3 nights in the beginning of December and had a great time! Brand new and beautifully designed! Within a half hour of check in we ran into a very professional and welcoming Rich Rodriguez...he gave us the best tour of the entire place!! We just spent the last 4 days here for our 8th anniversary and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the vibe is relaxed and fun, the food is delicious and the staff were all friendly and courteous. The front desk staff (especially Ariel), the concierge, the valet guys (especially Jeffrey), and the restaurant and bar staff all went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Well I am coming again to Hollywood in February and perhaps I feel the Facebook should incorporate more informational videos and pictures about the resort!
Epic cocktails . I believe we were in Hollywood for 12 nights but we can only remember 3. Would we go again? Definitely , if we can remember where it is. If you're able to make it, stagger across the road to 5 o'clock Somewhere too.
Fantastic resort and fabulous staff! Clean and beautiful! Be back in January!
Still working out bugs!! Valet is ill prepared for large groups! Wait forever! Not enough valets or cashiers! Hotel is nice and great pool areas. Not exactly a club scene just a couple bars.
We will be back in 2 weeks! All the staff were very nice. We rented a cabana today and had some issues with service but Sebastian, Lucie, and the pool manager Ryan made it enjoyable and really took the time to listen to our feedback. Growing pains happen and you will be a success as long as you have staff members like them!
