I recently visited this salon for a manicure and, unfortunately, was disappointed with the service I received. My appointment was with someone named Angel or Angela. While she started out polite, her tone grew increasingly frustrated throughout the session. She repeatedly asked me to relax my fingers, understandable once or twice, but it felt excessive, especially paired with noticeable sighs and a growing sense of impatience in her voice. We had an absolutely fantastic time! The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, making everything so accommodating. And seriously, the place smelled divine – a real breath of fresh air!
