I placed an online order for 2 batches of polyurethane resin. Upon receipt of my order I found one batch was previously opened, only partially full, sealed with cellophane, and severely discolored. I wrote an email, and placed a call detailing what I received. The response regarding my complaint was that I could be refunded 50% of the value of the partial/ pre opened batch as that was "how they received it from the manufacturer".
