I recently traveled 400 miles to visit my sister at the center. I’m home now. While I was there, The Director of Business Development went out of her way to help me navigate all the processes that contribute my sister’s rehabilitation. It’s difficult to be so far away, and so when she called me this morning with updates on my sister, I was very thankful.
Everyone was very pleasant and eager to assist. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. The Social worker Mrs. Buckingham was simply amazing. She took time out to talk with me and helped me to understand and appreciate the entire staff at this facility. Grateful & Thankful would be an understatement in describing these services!!! Thank you all for everything!!!
a nurse walked away from my MIL whose a fall risk and surprise! she fell and broke her sternum and leg. this place is horrible and the nurses are awful. do not bring your family here it’s upsetting how they treat people.
OMG.... i'm all for any business having discrepancies, If they're at least willing to address but not only address the acknowledgment of the issues but do something to fix each issue. When you know that your establishment is underrating in service and hygiene and cleanliness, I mean , at this point you're just being irresponsible as a business owner and operational manageing team, youve got to do better because the families deserve and demand that you do better.
