My uncle is here, and the staff are ok sometimes can be very rude towards the patients which isn't very nice. The sad thing is I have brought my uncle clothes for his birthday & Christmas but have seen them in his wardrobe and the last time I visited another gentleman walked passed with the jumper on . When I asked a member of staff I got told well we don't know who it belongs to . Was not happy asked to speak to the manager and again got told not around. 🤬
