Horrible customer service Nicolas Tam messes up your orders doesn’t answer. This guy messed up my orders 3 times. Messed up the pick up twice and all he does is apologize and act oblivious costing me Thousands of dollars.
Had a really bad experience stay away from Nicolas Tam he messes up your orders. Placed an order for Wallpaper 6 weeks ago to find out he never followed up with the Mill now I have to meet a deadline and he doesn’t respond. This is the clown that works for such a recognized firm stay away from Holly Hunt complete disaster.
