I am.wroting this review to acknowledge and highlight the wonderful exceptional experience I have had with Patrick Collier at Holly Hall CRC. I will make this as brief as possible yet expound on the qualities of great service provided by Patrick. This is such a uncaring facility. Be prepared to have your love one moved before you find out how bad it is.
I just brought my husband home today after a two month stay at Holly Hall SNF. It was a very good experience for him from the first day to the last. The nurses, CNAs, physical and occupational therapists, housekeeping, kitchen and administrative staff were wonderful and they all worked together to make his stay so beneficial that I was able to sleep well each night knowing that my husband was being well cared for. Not sure how they are still doing business?? Not sure how they still have 4 stars ?? I could go on and on but the other honest 1 star reviews cover it pretty well. Malpractices in several directions.
