I cannot urge you enough to NOT engage in any form of business with Holly Chernoff. It is crucial to exercise caution when considering her services. In my experience, she has demonstrated subpar performance as an attorney and mediator. The experience was profoundly disappointing. Worst guardian ad litem do not use her! I can’t even begin to say what an awful , horrific , nasty human being this person is. It’s embarrassing that she can practice as a Mediator, or a Guardian Ad Litem, she has utterly disregarded my son who she claims to represent and let him be harmed in multiple occasions. Disappointing conduct. As a neutral third party facilitator, her role is to provide an impartial space for couples going through divorce which in most cases, is an emotional process. Holly Chernoff stepped way over the line with her unsolicited opinion judging me for taking the decision of trusting and marrying this man, while I was directing my emotional questions towards him.
