The staff were always kind to us, they looked after grandad. Thanks for everything.
We have just entered into Holly and so far it has been a great experience. Food is good, room is and was very clean and well presented. Staff are nice and even office staff are nice. Nana is very low care needs so she is very independent in herself and seems ok and content. Her only complaint was… too much food always, I’m going to get fat
I am looking for a residential care home close to my home for my aunty who I am the sole family member left. I'm having to move her from interstate, after she was shortlisted, I was very excited. So when I rang to book a tour they asked me a number of questions which I am open about. I was then asked if she was a smoker, I said yes but she hasn't had one for the past 4 weeks so hopefully that won't be an issue.
