Rob has been doing my taxes for over 8 years. His work is professional and timely. I normally turn in my information the last week of January and within 2 weeks my taxes are done. Obviously if you wait till thr last minute to turn them in, there could be delays. Communication is timely and I will have both refunds by the end of February
I have been waiting for over 5 weeks for Rob Davis supposedly a friend to finish my taxes. Every week he says he is getting to it. Sometimes he does not even returnncalls or texts. Meanwhile I am incurring penalties and interest. Initially he had over a week to complete a simple return before the first penalty period on the 15th of August. Now it is September 13th and he is telling me he turned it over to someone else in his office. Later the same day he told me to find someone else.
