I was contacted by this company regarding a medical bill and requested a validation letter before making any payment. After reviewing the letter, I noticed charges listed for services I did not receive. If I could give them a “ negative zero” I would . Phone etiquette is out the window. Operator “J “ is rude , don’t listen and have no professionalism at all. I see why they are a 1.8 star . They should be a 0 star. Education of staff on how to have conversations goes a long way.
