If been calling every day for 16 days trying to get information my home lender needs asap on a zero balance account. They are extremely rude and unhelpful 10/10 don’t recommend even paying them

I was contacted by this company regarding a medical bill and requested a validation letter before making any payment. After reviewing the letter, I noticed charges listed for services I did not receive. When I called to address the discrepancies, I clearly stated that I am willing to pay for the services I actually received, but I would not pay for inaccurate charges.
