Ive been calling for my credit report for my Alabama home builders license literally I've been calling for 2 weeks straight I've already paid the fee and have not received anything and haven't even got the chance to speak to not a single person on the phone. The worst ever i am over this nonsense

If I could give them a “ negative zero” I would . Phone etiquette is out the window. Operator “J “ is rude , don’t listen and have no professionalism at all. I see why they are a 1.8 star . They should be a 0 star. Education of staff on how to have conversations goes a long way.
