If I could give them a “ negative zero” I would . Phone etiquette is out the window. Operator “J “ is rude , don’t listen and have no professionalism at all. I see why they are a 1.8 star . They should be a 0 star. Education of staff on how to have conversations goes a long way. They border on harassment. They either call, text, or leave messages day after day after day. They are also VERY RUDE!!!
I believe she said he name was Tameka. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never reached out to this company but received a call- I call back and she spoke over me and then hung before answering any questions. I do not do business here but based off this interaction I wouldn't recommend you do either.
