Horrible service unfortunately. Booked an appointment 2 days in a row for 2 people. Both times they took walk ins at the time of my appointment. First day said sorry a girl with the same name came in, they can see me tmrw now. Booked another appointment for the next day at 4:00. Called 15 minutes before to double check, said to come in, they’re expecting us. I get there and they’ve taken walk ins again. They ask me to wait 30 mins - 1 hour. I had a wonderful massage from Kathy and the place is beautiful.
I went for a massage because I have discs degeneration, from hard work and accidents, I live in pain 24/7. With the massage and therapy I had a reliefe of pain, I will continue going here.
I got a 60 minute full body body massage. First off, the masseuse was hovering over my head during parts of the massage with his knees on either side of my head which I found to be very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The massage itself was also very painful. Granted, I did not say it hurt, but if you see me twitching, moving around and readjusting myself every time you dig your elbow into my back, maybe take the hint and go easier with the pressure. Best foot spa message I have ever had. They fit me in before they closed and I’m so grateful they did. I had a stressful week and Ricky did an amazing job to get me to relax… he was really intuitive and had me feeling like a million bucks when I left. I even fell asleep during the foot massage. Thank you so much, I definitely will make this a weekly habit!
