the girl who was working at the fitting room was so rude and full of bad energy. she even scratched my friend’s hand when she aggressively grabbed the clothes and didn’t even bother to say sorry.
The girl working in the back of the changing room was extremely rude today, not only to me but to other customers as well. She had a really bad attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to work. Workers get paid to do their job, and she couldn’t even do that. Every other retail store I’ve been to is really nice and treats you with respect. Reported to the manager and hopefully they retrain her or do something about it because it makes Hollister's reputation really bad if her attitude does not change.
