My brother went into the store & he was trying to pay with $100 dollar bill and 4 people had to check if it was real or not. Why hire workers if they don’t know how identity real hundred bills.
Litzy at Hollister absolutely saved me. I was rushing around the Woodburn outlets trying to find the right jorts, and she stopped what she was doing multiple times to grab sizes, unlock fitting rooms, and even find me a belt. Fast, helpful, and genuinely awesome service. She deserves recognition.
Nice place to shop
The store itself is great and has a good selection, but the experience is a bit uncomfortable because some of the workers tend to stare a lot and give dirty looks while you’re shopping . It would be much better if the customer service felt more welcoming.
