We purchased a shirt for my daughter. Went to pick it up and were told they put it on the shelf and sold it. Told my daughter she has to pick a different shirt. Worst customer service. I think one of there employees took her shirt.

Customer service here is always a hit or miss. I went in today with a goal to get only clearance items, unfortunately I was met with this blonde worker who told me every single item I grabbed was not clearance even though they were on the clearance rack with multiple of the same clothing item. She had a snarky attitude and I didn’t appreciate her tone, maybe instead of having an attitude you should actually do your job and organize your store.
