Hollister at The West Mall Sherway is a good store selling its own goods. As the brand is, they sell casual wear mostly. You don't find any fashion garments here. They have garments for men and women. Display of goods is organised and staff is cooperative. There are some deals available on selected merchandise, mostly women.
They didn’t have the item I wanted and so they offered to ship it to my house for free as I purchased in store. I provided the cashier with the item number because she couldn’t look it up herself. Hours later I get home and realized she placed an order for the wrong item. Had to call Hollister customer service but they couldn’t cancel the order because it was already processed.
