Every year this brand getting worse i wonder how they still in business 🤔
I had trouble having a pack of delivered here and I had one person that helped me. His name is Carlos. He went above and beyond to look for my package so I really want to thank him. He didn’t amazing job very helpful and that’s very important.
We had such a rude cashier who kept looking at me and my mom funny. At first I didn’t mind, but she had such a passive aggressive tone and didn’t even hand us the bag. She literally just pushed it towards us….. Other than that it was fine.
Rude customer service. Had an online return. Item was not shipped with a tag. Store would not take back, even though store policy states “where applicable” and in this case it was not applicable.
