Conveniently located, but the employees are useless. If you ask for something, they just say we probably don't have it in stock. But they will not go check to see if they do.
This Hollister location hired an unprofessional manager that treats their employees terribly, I came in to shop on Black Friday, and of course due to that, everyone was naturally stressed. The manager, blonde, she was standing outside of the store cussing and screaming at an employee when we arrived, not a good look for the company what so ever. If you need to reprimand an associate, you should NOT be cussing and screaming, let alone in front of CUSTOMERS… I’ll be shopping at the south towne location for now on.
