Normally have so much fun at this place with my friends and family however, when my sister and I walked into the fitting room, the two girls that were working today we’re awfully rude.. I tried to thank them for the fitting room, but I seem to be interrupting their conversation and she just took the clothes from my hands and continued talking.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Hollister location in Cherry Creek, Denver. The manager on duty a woman with brown hair and a blonde peekaboo/underdye was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had a noticeable attitude from the start and, to my surprise, loudly announced my form of payment in front of other customers. This was embarrassing and completely unnecessary.
