Horrible customer service. 3 employees stood in the waiting room talking about customers, insulting and making fun of them while my daughter and others customers in the fitting rooms could clearly hear them. It was unprofessional and rude.
The people working here on 3/8/26 were very helpful except for one individual working registers. He demanded that my 11 year old sister wait alone in the back of the line because she wasn’t standing with us when we first began to wait even though there was only one other person in line. We walked up to the registers together to not delay the line since I was going to pay for both transactions anyways, I just needed separate change. I had an awful experience a while ago with one of the workers i think his name was santiago he was extremely unhelpful and seemed miserable to be there
