I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but the recent experience I had was so rude and disrespectful that I won’t be returning to this company or location.
Seriously the Managers here are on edge and willing to kick you out for anything. Hollister has great clothes, and I’ve been shopping at this location for about three years. Unfortunately, the customer service at this particular store has made me seriously reconsider coming back. Today, I pushed past a chair to enter the changing room and was immediately kicked out by a female manager because, apparently, the fitting rooms had already “closed.” I’m not sure why the fitting rooms apparently have a secret closing time that cus... read more

My guy Bryan deserves a raise!! He went above and beyond for me today helping me find my size and giving suggestions on what style to wear. Great customer service, 10/10
Devin Trumbull Manager - Would not take my return order because of the price tag falling off. I explained that I have the item and required information, such as order number and the tag. Aweful customer service… i agree with the other reviews. Go to Farmington instead, follows return policies !
