Devin Trumbull Manager - Would not take my return order because of the price tag falling off. I explained that I have the item and required information, such as order number and the tag. Aweful customer service… i agree with the other reviews. Go to Farmington instead, follows return policies !
I’m a younger costumer, 13, and i’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a store. I was shopping with my sister and i had a 100$ hollister giftcard. I only wanted 2 shirts that came to a total of ≈40 dollars. When i first came up to the cashier he asked, “what are you paying with” i said gift card. he took out a card scanner for credit cards and placed it right infront of me . i was a bit hesitant because i wasnt sure a giftcard would work in a card scanner, but when i moved my hand he said “that’s a giftcard,” with a look on h... read more
Would give it zero stars but there’s no option. Guy in the cashier was super rude didn’t even ask me why I wanted to return my order, but the first thing he asked was if I needed a bigger size what a joke. Like bro if you don’t like your job just say that.
