It was super fun, super cute, super awesome! The employees were so kind and helpful and friendly. I asked to get a price check on a tag and the lovely girl who helped me came back and told me it was actually on sale. #SCORE! I think her name was Kate? She was so kind.
I went to this location looking for something that would be relaxing for the winter season. Not only did every store associate ignore me. And nobody offered to help me. Even when I asked. When I went up to the register they sat there and talked for a few minutes without asking me if I was ready to check out. Finally, when I signed up for their program they said that I would get a $10 discount. Which I did not receive. I don't mind signing up for rewards program and a loyalty program. This store is a total fail. Bad Leadership, the female manager has no clue how to run a store, the staff is super slow at checkout, not helpful, at times just clueless. The store had freezing temperatures inside, probably to save on the gas bill. We like the products but this store is a complete failure.
Those Hollister isn’t like a typical one so it’s kind of weird, but the employees were really nice
